A B Canham & Son has been a registered member of the NHBC since 1989 and it achieved Category A1 National Housebuilder status in 2005.
The award is the highest level of membership available, reflecting both build quality and financial stability. Our grading allows us to bestow an NHBC warranty on every home we create, providing 10 years of cover and confidence.
In 2019, site managers Martin Barth and Lee Bates were both Quality Award winners in the NHBC Pride in the Job Awards 2019 (London & South East region). Their work ethic and standards stood out among approximately 16,000 other submissions, with Martin going on to win a coveted Regional Award.
