Our Team

Unlike other construction companies, who rely on a large contingent of sub contractors, A B Canham & Son is powered by full time staff who are employed directly by us.

Our clients have the luxury of a committed team who have been hand-picked for their skills, experience and qualifications. Many have been recruited from major housebuilders – bringing with them in depth knowledge and insights – while others join us as apprentices who we train to be exceptional craftsmen capable of upholding the A B Canham & Son standard.

There are 3 generations of the Canham family in the business. And it’s not just the Canhams who follow in their family’s footsteps. There are also a number of other families with fathers and sons, even grandsons, in our workforce. Some of our staff have worked for the company for more than 25 years.
