Groundworker
Description: We have a vacancy for an experienced Groundworker with experience in all aspects of Groundworks involved in New House building. From site clearance, footings, drainage, road construction to hard and soft landscaping. They will be able to run a job efficiently and to a programme and be conversant with working from drawings and liaising with the Site Manager and Engineers.
Ideally the successful candidate will be able to manage a gang of 3/4 groundworkers and have current tickets for Excavator Dumper and Roller.

Description: We have a vacancy for experienced Painter and Decorator’s with experience in all aspects of decoration to Newbuild housing.
Suitable applicant’s should be able to work as part of a team, be able to keep to a programme and produce work to a high standard.
This is a permanent position, with a long run of work.
