Forty years on and still going strong… A B Canham & Son are celebrating 40 years of continued success in the housebuilding trade. This is the next significant milestone from this prominent housebuilder from Kent, who is renowned for building beautiful homes in desirable locations throughout the South East.

Having moved to new modern offices in Vale Road, Tonbridge last year and undergone a chic rebrand, this forty year anniversary is another landmark step at what is a very exciting time for the company.

Founder Alan Canham comments: “Having seen off difficult economic times and four separate recessions, I am rightly proud to see the company has come through all these challenges and now stronger than ever”.

Michael Canham, son of Alan, who now manages the business after his father’s retirement 15 years ago, agrees: “This is a landmark time for us, having experienced over 40 years of building success and with many exciting new projects on the horizon. Sharon Budd, daughter of Alan, who manages the financial side of the business comments “Our turnover has tripled in the last year and with an order book of in excess of £17M we are looking to expand even further.
