He has done it again!

One of our longest-serving Site Managers – Martin Barth has won his 10th Award! This time, The Bricks Site Recognition Award certificate from LABC Warranty January 2025. This award is for the all the hard work Martin and his team have achieved at our Brook Place development in Frittenden Kent. The award is for the standard of workmanship and overall management of the site, including health & safety matters and general tidiness. Anyone that has worked with Martin will say “He runs a tight ship”.

Virtually 12 months to the day, Martin took possession of the site which consisted of a field and a derelict building. A year on, half the development is complete with some 2 & 3 bedroom homes ready to move into now and the rest of the 4 & 5 bedroom homes being released over the coming weeks.
