Our long-standing winning streak in the NHBC Pride in the Job awards continues, with news that Simon Bettridge – our Site Manager working at the Ellesmere new homes development in Hollingbourne, Kent – has triumphed in the ‘Seal of Excellence’ category for the South East, having already qualified for this next recognition level up with a Quality Award win.

We learnt of Simon’s nomination in June 2020, with the judges using the ensuing months to further scrupulously examine Simon’s track record and current quality of on-site management. There were only 450 Site Managers who had made it through to the ‘Seal of Excellence’ stage – whittle down from around 11,000 in the running – making this NHBC Pride in the Job award all the more special.
